The time has come. It's gotta go. I bought it last year and have only ridden it five or six times at best. My previous bike got trashed when I was hit by a car and I bought this one thinking I would get back into riding.
That never happened.
I'm too scared to ride, which really sucks. Getting t-boned by a car has scared me away from riding for the rest of my life.
Sob story over, anybody want to buy my bike? I'm in St. Louis, MO. Thought I would extend the offer your guy's way first.

I can't tell from the picture what it is other than a very distinct color.

What is on the outside of your tires?
And good luck on the sale! Sucks you can't get back on and ride.

This isn't a fixed gear is it?

Have you thought about putting it on a trainer to ride? I know it's not the same (I have a tough time being motivated to get on my trainer), but maybe it could be something?

Listing? More pics? Price? Components? (that's a big one) I'm interested. Will sell kidney.

if you don't want to ride it around in a town, but still want to ride you could also get into bike polo. st louis has a pretty fun club.

I used to ride just for fun, not exercise. I couldn't stand to have it on a trainer and just stay in one place haha

It's an Origin 8. Single speed (right now) with a flip flop hub, so you can go fixie. 59cm frame. I haven't changed a thing on it besides moving the front brake to the back. Asking $500 for it. Bought it for far more than that haha

It's got a flip flop hub so you can ride either single or fixed. I don't have a death wish, so I only rode it single speed the handful of times that I took it out.

There's a problem, the rear tire is bottomed out in the dropouts and the chain is still loose. Needs a link taken out of the chain before anyone should ride it.

I haven't had air in the tires for about a year because I don't ride the bike. Chain is loose because I need to pull the rear wheel back a little. It's got a flip flop hub and I wanted to see how it felt riding fixed gear and I haven't fully tightened the rear wheel yet.

I feel like I want it. The logistics are a bit tough but I do want it. Badly. I can convert to multi-speed?

To be honest, I have no idea if it could be converted for more gears haha

Good. I don't see the point in riding something that involves you sticking your legs in a food processor.
I'm sorry you can't get over your fear of riding. It sucks when bad things happen to people like that.

I know the feeling, I hate being on the trainer, especially because it has to be in my basement. Just no fun all around.
Well, it's too bad cycling has been ruined for you, but good luck with getting it sold.

Are you talking about the orange? It's just a fat orange stripe on the tires. Really fucking cool haha

It's a fixie. Same family. Different animals.
